WARRANTY POLICY
BelYer Hybrid guarantee our battery for the entirety of the Warranty period regardless of age or mileage. BelYer Hybrid Unlimited Mileage Warranty includes battery repair or replacement for a failed battery in accordance with our Warranty process stated bellow.

BelYer Warranty does not cover any other component or part of the vehicle whether part of the hybrid system or not. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Warranty. Some examples of consequential and incidental damages include, but are not limited to loss of use, loss of income, diagnostic fees, towing charges, damage to property, rental costs, transportation costs, installation or removal costs by yourself or a third party, or injury to people.

After review of Diagnostic report or the Diagnostic trouble codes and determination of a battery failure within the Warranty period BelYer Hybrid will repair or replace the failed battery for free.

Limitations of This Warranty:
Any of the following situations will not be covered and will void this Warranty:

Damage to the Hybrid Battery due to vehicle accident.

Damage to the Hybrid Battery caused by improper installation by yourself or a third party.

Flooding, fire, or other damaging incidents in which the battery’s environment is compromised.

Removal, tampering, or damage to Warranty labels.

The vehicle is stored for a period of thirty (30) days or more.

If the Hybrid Battery has been misused or abused. Misuse or abuse includes the modification of any component of the hybrid system that causes the Hybrid Battery to be utilized in a manner that exceeds manufacturer specifications.

If the Hybrid Battery has been depleted to less than 20% State of Charge due to running out of fuel, engine malfunction, regenerative system malfunction, or user error. A $350 service fee will be applicable if the Hybrid battery discharges due to engine failure.

Reinstallation of the Hybrid battery into a different vehicle.

The presence of any of the following diagnostic codes:P3190 (Poor Engine Power), P3191 (Engine Does Not Start),P3193 (Fuel Run Out), P0A0F (Engine Failed to Start), C1256 (Accumulator Low Pressure), C1391 (Abnormal Leak of Accumulator Pressure) or their equivalent manufacturer diagnostic code.

Any condition beyond the control of BelYer Hybrid.

BelYer Hybrid Battery Extended Warranty Policy
BelYer Hybrid is committed to supporting the longevity and reliability of your vehicle’s hybrid battery. We offer an Extended Warranty Policy specifically tailored for the hybrid battery, enabling continued protection beyond the standard warranty term.
Eligibility: The Extended Warranty for the hybrid battery is available only if the original hybrid battery warranty has not expired. Please verify that your battery warranty is active before applying for an extension.

Extension Pricing: The cost for extending your hybrid battery warranty for one additional year depends on your vehicle's model and production year:

Prius (2010-2015), Prius V, Lexus CT200h: $400

Camry (2007-2016), Nissan Altima, Lexus ES300h: $500

Chevy Tahoe, Chevy Silverado, GMC Yukon, GMC Sierra, Cadillac Escalade: $700
