BelYer Hybrid Return Policy

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

At BelYer Hybrid, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. The product must be in its original condition, with all security labels intact and undamaged.

3. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

4. The return must include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

2. Return Process

1. The customer must bring the battery to our shop for the return process.

2. If assistance with removal is required, a mobile service fee will be applied.

3. Customers are responsible for any transportation costs associated with returning the product.

 

3. Non-Refundable Charges

1. Installation fees are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

2. Any service fees or mobile removal fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

 

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

3. If the product shows signs of damage, tampering, or missing labels, the return may be denied.
