Yes, We need your old battery parts to build packs for future clients. If you want to keep your old battery core, you will need to pay a $400 core charge on a delivery.

We do not offer any refunds once the battery installed. Although, the order might be canceled with a 12-hour notice.

We can do the installation anywhere! You will need to reach out to your repair shop or the dealership and ask permission for us to be on their property! We don't need a bay, we have our own tools. The installation will take about an hour.
